Directions of Use:

• Dispense a single pump of foam onto the fingers and massage gently into the lash line.
• Rinse with cool - lukewarm water.
• Use before applying In Lei eyebrow tint or eyelash extensions for great pre-treatment, and to remove make-up at the end of the day.
