The Elleeplex Profusion Tint is a new unique tinting system for permanent lash and brow hair colouring.
The most popular colour in the range - Black 1 tint is suitable to be used as a lash tint on its own or for colouring lashes after the lash lift.
Processing time for lash tint is up to 10 minutes. When using after lash lift - a shorter exposure time should be used.
Mix in ratio with oxidant in 1:1
